Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 27, 2026 · Last Updated: May 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how RevCatch ("RevCatch," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RevCatch platform and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service"). RevCatch provides AI-assisted call capture and lead-recovery software to automotive dealership parts departments and their authorized personnel.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service:
- Account information — business name, dealership name, contact name, business email address, and business phone number provided during signup and onboarding.
- Billing information — payment details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Call and lead data — call recordings, transcripts, and captured caller details (such as name, callback number, and vehicle/parts inquiry) processed to deliver the Service.
- Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and interactions with the dashboard.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and provide account access; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to deliver account, transactional, and operational communications (including SMS, as described below); to provide customer support; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from RevCatch. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your mobile information.
SMS consent is collected separately from any other agreement and is not a condition of purchase. The messages we send include account and welcome notifications, free-trial status and reminder messages, billing and payment confirmations, and captured-call and lead-callback alerts.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes (see Section 3). We share other information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary:
- Telephony & messaging — Twilio (call routing and SMS delivery).
- Payments — Stripe (subscription billing).
- Infrastructure & processing — cloud hosting, database, transcription, and email-delivery providers used to run the Service.
These providers are contractually limited to using the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices & Rights
You may update your account information, opt out of SMS messages at any time (reply STOP), and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is a business-to-business product intended for use by businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
